Delivery Options

Christmas Delivery - We will endeavour to deliver all orders placed by 3pm Friday 20th December in time for Christmas. Please note: orders for items which require resizing may take longer. Please contact us to confirm if your order can be with you in time for Christmas.

We offer complimentary secure delivery to addresses in the UK and USA

The majority of pieces sold online are available for next day delivery. Exceptions to this are highlighted on individual product pages and in the basket summary. For pieces available next working day, please order by 3:00pm Monday to Friday.

To ensure your order arrives safely, delivery is by breezyshipmentlogistics.online. Special Delivery, before 1:00pm and must be to your UK or USA billing address. All orders will need to be signed for and photographic identification may be requested. If you are unable to take delivery, the courier will leave a card and you will be able to rearrange delivery at a more convenient time.

Please allow an extra couple of days for orders containing rings. Delivery timeframes on certain rings may be longer, please check the shopping basket for further details.

For orders placed on a Bank Holiday, please allow additional delivery time.

For all orders over £10,000 we offer an option of a trained Gemstone Watches and Jewelry expert to personally deliver your order and assist you in setting up your item. We will contact you after confirmation of your order to arrange a convenient date and time.
